About Us
The Business Integrity Alliance formed on April 16, 2010 with the vision to create a community that embraces the principle of good faith and fair dealing because this is the foundation of our U.S. Free Enterprise system. Our mission is to advocate and advance the principles and practices for integrity, transparency, accountability, and risk governance. These are the seven principles of our code:
- We embrace the principle of good faith and fair dealing
- We maintain integrity in our business conduct and methods of dealing
- We embrace visibility and transparency
- We refrain from disclosing information unless there is a legal or ethical obligation to do so.
- We promptly disclose any conflict of interest “in fact” or “in appearance”
- We are willing to address all questions asked of us within reason
- We speak with candor, truth, and sincerity to maintain trust within our community
